[PLACEHOLDER — final legal text pending; see docs/FOR_JIM_TO_CONFIRM.md #1.] Key terms this agreement will cover: (1) SignalPath owns the customer relationship — partners agree not to solicit or transact with SignalPath customers outside the platform; (2) SignalPath commits to releasing payment within 14 days of approved closeout and will never make payment contingent on the customer paying SignalPath; (3) partners maintain the credentials required for their services and keep them current; (4) completed work follows the closeout process, including photos and sign-off; (5) platform fees are disclosed up front and never applied retroactively.
