How the network operates

  1. Step 1

    Apply once, verified at the source

    Tell us what you do, where you work, and the credentials behind it. We verify against the issuing registries — ESA, WSIB, your insurer — not just uploaded paperwork. Most applications are reviewed within days.

  2. Step 2

    Matched work, engineered specs

    You see scoped phases that match your services, coverage area, and verified credentials — design, fabrication, install, electrical. Every job arrives as a spec: measurements, drawings, site details. You execute; you never interpret intent.

  3. Step 3

    Bid inside a fair band

    Every phase carries a platform rate grounded in market data. Bids live within ±15% of it, with legitimate extras itemized separately — so jobs are won on fit and quality, never a race to the bottom.

  4. Step 4

    Close out, get paid on a clock

    Submit your closeout package — photos, permit reference, notes. Once approved (or after 7 days of silence, it approves automatically), the payment clock starts: paid within 14 days. Full stop.

Straight answers

Do I have to market myself or manage customers?

No — and you never will. SignalPath owns the customer relationship end to end: intake, estimates, approvals, invoicing, follow-up. You are the expert behind the scenes. Customers rate the project experience, not you by name, and that feedback stays private between you and SignalPath.

When do I actually get paid?

Within 14 days of your closeout being approved — independent of when the customer pays SignalPath. We never operate pay-when-paid. Closeouts auto-approve after 7 days if we go quiet, so paperwork can only ever speed payment up.

What does it cost to join?

Nothing to apply, and no lead fees. SignalPath earns a platform fee on completed work, disclosed before you bid — and any change to fees is always prospective, never retroactive.

What work will I see?

Only phases matching the services you offer, the areas you cover, and the credentials we have verified. New partners start with a short probation (two concurrent jobs) that lifts automatically after three completed jobs; proven partners see new work first.
